We had a quiet Christmas this year with only Brinlee. She was so cute and loved to open each present and play with it before going on to the next. We love each of you and hope you all had a Merry Christmas! `

Dickens Festival

Ryan and I decided to brave the cold weather on Saturday night and take Brinlee to the Downtown Mckinney Dicken's Festival. We were really hoping to see Santa, but he was not there this year. Brinlee and I enjoyed the train ride and we got to see Frosty the Snowman.

Happy Thanksgiving

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and want you all to know how thankful we are to have such great family and friends!! We feel very blessed to have you in our lives. My mom came to visit us for a week and we were so excited to have her here. Brinlee loved her "Maca!" They had so much fun together and we miss her!! We had a great dinner with my mom and some of Ryan's friends from work.

6 Quirky Facts about Me

1. I am a return Queen, and will return anything. The stores don't have the saying satisfaction guarnteed for nothing.

2. I don't like chocolate and LOVE "kid" candy. Nerds, Airhead Extremes, Smarties, Suckers, pretty much anything that is pure sugar.

3. I don't like to watch movies and when I do I fall asleep.

4. I would rather workout than go shopping.

5. I don't like to stay up late and I am usually in bed by 9:00 every night.

6. I really hate to get wet unless I am taking a shower, or in a swimming suit.

Happy Halloween

We had so much fun this Halloween with Brinlee, Damon, Austyn and Alex. Brinlee loved trick or treating, and guess who will be eating her candy....hmmmm I really need to stay out of it.

Carrie Underwood Concert

Ryan and I had awesome seats thanks to 99.5 the wolf and me being the 99th caller way back in June! She is so beautiful and has an amazing voice.

I was able to get away with no kids this past weekend to go to Seattle and visit a good friend. Ryan was so good to play mister mom for the weekend!! It was cold, but beautiful with the fall leaves. Sunday we went to Seattle and La Conner a cute town with lots of fun shops. We also ate at a very good bakery. It was so much fun to have some girl time. Thanks Deana for a great weekend, and thanks honey for letting me go!!!
